I use a foamroller at every warmup, to loosen my Achilles and calf's. Flex your food while doing that. You can feel where the knots are. Or a lacrosse or tennisbal also work.

These workouts are hard especially when you are not trained. Showing up and making it a habit is more important than the workout itself. Keep moving your body and your stamina will grow 💪
