I think you will. This one is my favorite so far. I managed to complete it in the beginning of last year. Now I am only doing the 1, 3 en 5th dat, skipping the cardio sessions. I am in menopause and have to be careful not to overdo it and take enough rest time. So far it's going as planned πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

I would have skipped the croissants, but the rest looks great. Missing some veggies. 😜 Counting calories when you don't know what you're eating in weights is very difficult. Just be practical and choose the right foods. Fruits. Veggies and protein and hole grains for the carbs.

There are alternatieve exercises you can do to train the same muscle groups. Push-up is a great one off course, but also a Dumbell row is also great. You can Google it and you get great alternatives. I am also not able to do the pull ups, but notice that I am getting there by getting stronger every day. If you can go to the park once a week to do a dead hang, it is a great starting point.

It's the High Intensity that's breaking me up πŸ₯΄ looking for the right frequency and intensity now. So I can improve my endurance and stamina again
