Deby Schwartz that's a bummer, but you can go back again 💪 maybe the macro's aren't totally right for you. Some people need the carbs to function otherwise you wouldn't crave them so much. Hope you can find a balance.

Depends how often you use it 😂🤣 Mine is still brand new, because I only use it outdoors. Last months the weather wasn't that good. But I think you can use it for a long period, because it looks solid.

I found out that the difficulty is to come in the right flow. If I am tired or stressed from work or something like that I struggle with food. I think I am hungry but that's not the case. If I am in the right flow everything works together and makes it easy to say no to all the temptations that can get you off track. My biggest struggle right now is to calculate the right amount of food macros to stay in a deficit and still feel fulfilled. I really would like to know what my maintenance calories are and how you can calculate them. I used the fitness calculator, but still don't know how it's going to work for me, with my daily life, my workout routine. Etc. I know what I do wrong, but don't know what I am doing right, if that makes sense. Thanks for asking, hope this helps with your plan.
