Restday for me. So I went for a early morning walk. I am back on the VO2max from before my holiday. Took me three weeks 💪
Now still have to loose the extra weight again. I went back on my regular diet routine. I started Jumprope training and left the weight training which I was doing before my holiday. Also didn't walk as much the past three weeks. Still figuring out where I can improve to kickstart the weight loss again. Any ideas 💡?

W2D3 done 👍
This one was almost easy peasy, still sweaty and tired. But it was a fine workout. A little bit later on the day with enough rest time. I feel energized and argyle in the legs.I know what you ment Kari Hayward 😜
Tomorrow rest day and then the last two of the week 💪

I'm back in the green zone. First week was to intense for me. Did a walk this morning after a less intensive workout yesterday. See what tomorrow brings. Hopefully I stick in the green zone 🤞

W2D1 done with some modifications. Still exhausted from week 1, so had to level down. 1 minute intervals are to much for me at the moment. Love the consistency in working out 💪

W1D5 in the books. Completed Week 1 in one week 💪
It was a lazy start this morning and didn't want to... My hubby asked 'What are you going to do?' 'I have to do a workout." (Releasing some air) "So you don't want to?" "Not really, but I have to!" #DoTheThing. After it you feel so much better. It's your mind that's playing with you. Consistency is your best friend.
Changed outfit. My hair was annoying me 🤣😂

Yes, W1D4 in the pocket. I am on my personal schedule of improvement. Last year it took me 3 months to complete and skipped a few. So I didn't complete it really. Now I have already done 4 💪. Tomorrow I take a rest day and going to complete the first week on Sunday. I am on fire now 🥵
Thanks everyone for all the challenge posts. Can't reply on every one of them, but I am proud to be part of your journeys. Keep up the good work.
