I had to skip a few workouts last weekend, because of to much stress in my body. I felt overloaded and had to take a little break. So I had to do an extra week to make up for that. Today was the whole lotta cardio day and I smashed it. It went like crazy that much energy I had. I start to recognise when my body need to rest or when I am just being lazy. When I am lazy I start with my warmup and then the other thing will follow. It's just 30+ minutes, I can handle.
When my body is overloaded I go for a walk in nature. I feel much better after that.

Today I increased my weight again. The first time I did the Shrugs my shoulders crackt, now I can do it with a heavier weight. The side raises are still on 3,5 KG, but perhaps I can try to increase that too. I also used the 1/2 Lb heavy robe for the first part.
My arms are toning well. My lower body and core need more excersise. Perhaps Dan can do a 4 week program with Compound movements 🤔. These Programs are the best fit for me to stay consistent 💪

Getting stronger day by day.

Looking forward to get rid of the chicken wings and love handles now 😂🤣
Next week I will get my results of 3 months program. It is also a year ago I decided to change and work on my health again. After being sick of Covid and the hard work to come where I am now. I will share my before and after of a year of jumprope.

A recovery heartrate of 48. Incredible how my stamina improved.

A misty morning, but that didn't hold me back. Went for a walk on my second active recovery day 😜
Tomorrow I can start with week 3 of month 3, yeah. I begin to miss these workout days when I have the restdays 🤔 Am I weird?

What do you think. Bought myself a new outfit for outdoors. Treat for my vacation in June. I was planning to go for a size L, for some motivation 😆
Guess what. It fits already 🤣😂 a year ago I had 2XL from the same brand.

Usealy on my day offs I do breakfast first and the workouts later in the day. This morning the sun gave me the energy to start the day with The Thing.

Spring is coming 🌞
Today I went crazy 🤣. This morning I did M3W1D3 of the Dumbell Program and finished it of with a walk in the afternoon. It was such nice weather that I couldn't resist. I feel great and notice my body is changing. Was I excited about the VO2 max change 2 weeks ago? Guess what. This week it went up again. Don't know what's happening, but I am feeling great and full of energy.

Finished day 2 of month 3 💪
Yesterday didn't go that well. Maybe because I did it straight out of bed and Dan was yawning all the time 😂🤣. Today was better. Loved the excersise, remembered me from the Plyo month. Looking forward to tomorrow.
The results are a bit disappointing. I think I hit a plateau, so have to tweak again.
