A little bit sore of yesterday workout and being lazy to start the day. I gave myself a kick to the butt and did the M2W1D2 today. Starting a little stiff my jumping got more easy at the end of the workout. It was a killer, but we are fresh and alive again 💪 #DOTHETHING

It is time to share my results. It's not a huge change but in cm it is. I didn't lose weight or fat%, but gain some mustleweight. I accepted that it isn't going as fast as I would like and that it needs time. I don't trust my scale so I bought a new one. But for now these are my results

I thought I do a video, but I'm not in my best shape yet 🤗 So be nice ❤️
This is round 4 of the first day. For me the start of week 3.
What do you think of the form? Still not lightfeeted, but much better than my first day (April 2023). I have pain in my hands bij holding the Dumbell, specific with the thumbs. Anyone tips hoe I can get a better grip?

I HITT the jackpot. 5 days in a row and I'm feeling great. Not mentioned yet, but I increased my VO2 max to the greenzone, just in two weeks.
And do I see some mustles growing? 🤣😂 Two recovery days and we go for week 3💪

Almost ready for day 2 of week 2 DB Programm. Waking up with a matcha latte and gratitude diary. It"s 8:30 AM and my day off. The alarm was set for 6:30 AM, but it was so nice and warm in bed that I fel a sleep again. But now it's time for the cardio workout 💪 I am ready!

This is going to be my first restdays of the two. Finished the first week of the Dumbell yesterday. And now I have mustlepain in my arms and shoulders 😂🤣 First time this week. I thought I do 2 days and 1 day off, but the new week starts with upper body 🥴
So I decided to take two days of and challenge myself with Yoga and stretching. Start on Thursday and finish the next week on Monday. 5 days in a row. I will try, because overall it feels great. I also think its a better match with my working days.
But I finished week 1, Yeah 💪
