I need some advice:
In August, when I started JRD I managed to lose weight. Last three months nothing happened, the opposite happened 🫣
I looked at my food diary and there are no strange things happening now compared to August.
My sport activities are almost the same. My overall active style changed a bit. I don't walk outside daily, because that was part of my job. I also don't cycle at home as a part of the workouts anymore. I changed that to a half hour strength training with dumbells.
Could that be the mayor change I am experiencing right now? In winter I am more passive, because of the cold and wet weather. I go outside for cycling to work, but rest of the time I stay inside.
What would be smart to do? Looking for a good daily routine, with a simple workout plan. The JRD workouts are HIIT and I can't do them daily. Is cycling the best alternative or bodyweight/ dumbelltraining at the moment.
TIA

Never thought I would say this: "I finished the Power Plyo W4D1!" First time I did the complete 1 minute interval's. So proud of myself and my body off course 🤣😂
My recovery heart rate is 41. So my condition improved big time. 37 hours recovery time is much better than the 52 hours from last Wednesday 😜.
Have a nice Sunday everyone, I go for a shower 💪🛀

Just one week left of the Plyo and I have done it in three months time 🤣😂 And I will be ready for the new Dumbell workout next month 💪

I did today the JRD Plyo W3D3 and had a hard time during the workout, but I finished it completely. Now later in the day I feel good 😊
I am so pleased that I managed to keep up with the workouts. I can't wait for the new Dumbell Program to start.
Just have to finish this one first 🥇

Oh oh, I had a terrible week. Didn't feel up doing HIT workouts. But after a few good night sleeps I did the thing again and it felt great.
In the beginning, three months ago, I was sore and out of breath. Today it was almost to easy. I skipped the first day of the week but did W3D2 of Plyo 💪

Hello all,
I am loving this community for the feedback you all give me. I thought I would come with the before and after picture from three months membership.
Before I started I already lost several kilograms. In April my highest weight was 86,2 Kg 🫣. This was the moment I decided that changes had to be made.
I looked for the most effective way for weight loss. I did research for nutrition and workouts and started with videos on YT from Crossrope and JRD. The rest is history.
In the first month I lost more weight then in the last two months. I struggle with Menopause and stress issues at work. And because of that my diet and workout intensity weren't great. So I know what I have to fix, because I'm not satisfied yet 💪 There's still work to be done.
My goals for upcoming months is to finish the JRD Plyo workout, adjust my nutrition, decrease my stress and starting on the new JRD Dumbell workout. The YT video was the workout I was repeating in the first month (with great results). I want to decrease my fatpercentage with 3%! Next update is in January 🤞😃

I did the week 2 day 4 of Plyo today. I did had a week off for jumping because I didn't sleep well. My body battery didn't load very well. So I did a lot of low intensity movements like Yoga, stretching, walking en cycling. I was afraid that today would be a hard one again, but it went great 👍
I didn't do the jump lunches but the regular one to the front. Even that went super easy. In the past I was looking for balance but now I could do them very smooth.
So I am happy again 💪
Have a nice day

This was a hard one today. Didn't workout for three days. No jumping, no yoga, no cycling...
That was a mistake, because I couldn't get in the flow. So no lazy days for me anymore 😂🤣
Have a good day 👍
