Kathrin that's awesome. This is the mind getting you off. Don't overthink it to much and you will get it done πŸ‘ βœ…

Regular jump is ok. If you just starting with jumprope you have to get in the flow and don't need to overthink it to much. So well done with your first workout πŸ’ͺ

I would take a rest day in between. Your body need to get used to the bouncing. You probably will be sore tomorrow and you don't want to get injured right away. Do some walking and foam rolling to relax the muscles πŸ’ͺ But well done with your first jumprope session.

I have also difficulty working out in the evening. Especially now with the dark nights. I start my workout direct in the morning after waking up. Maybe you can try that and go to bed early if you have to wake-up to plan the workout. For me it takes 1,5 hours with shower πŸ€— It also boost your day

I switch between HITT and Cardio. If there are BW excersises I go for HITT. If the workout saying cardio I do that.

Rest days are important, especially when you are on the beginning of your Jumprope career. Use these days to do some mobility, foam rolling and like said a walk. Try to stay consistent, but also listen to your body (not your mind, because that's not always right 😜)

I tried and this is what happens: you can turn the switch on for allowing background music. You find it at the personal icon. The Spotify Music will run perfectly. You also hear the beeps from the video. But unfortunately you also hear the background music from the video. If that isn't recorded than it would work perfectly.
