Did a strenght training for the lower body today. It has been a while when I did a split squat from the bench. Today I noticed how much I improved on strength and balance. I only did the plyo program and the calisthenics program in the meanwhile. Really amazing how you get stronger with consistent training. How significant "small" the type of workout is 😜

Tomorrow is it JRD Max week 2 of month 2 again 💪

I think all the programs are a challenge when you start. Maybe in the second round you feel more at ease 😜

Slowly increasing my workout schedule. Still not on 5 days in a row, but the frequency is going up.

The challenge was the DU, but I tried them. I could do 4 or 5 in a row.
The EMOM was fun 😊

Stephen Payne The last option 😉 I did the pushups with the resistance band. I did Dumbell curl and bend over row with hands facing up.

Did you know that you can save a lot of calories if you swap the butter for apple sauce?
