This is kind of helpful, but still not easy to follow. If I cut the carbs I am not feeling well. I have tried that but I suffer frow dizziness when I do that. I cannot workout without. I do get my carbs from whole grains, rice, oats, veggies and fruits. But I need them. Otherwise I also am very hungry @ the end of the day 🥴 What is the easiest way to find your maintenance calories and where do you cut the 500 calories (probably the carbs 😜) I think I am inpatient with my food plan because I don't want to be to low in calories for to long. How long till the new nutrition plan is here? I need something on paper 😉

Did a 10 minute jump rope workout with 100 pushups and 50 weighted squats and 50 single leg deadlifts. It was a productive workout 💪

For the pushups I used a technique I have seen on YouTube with I tip from Stephen Payne I did the #2 version. I used my strongest resistance band. In the beginning I thought this is way to easy. I could do 8 in a row in given time. O boy at the end they were much harder to do. So I keep this resistance band for a while. If I can do 100 in a set I change the resistance. This is exactly what I needed Stephen 🤗

Stephen Payne this is awesome 👍 Never thought of that. I have resistance bands so I can try this out. Thank you 🙏 for showing me this. First I thought you made a mistake with the line pushups instead of pull ups 🤣 Because I know you can do assisted pull-ups with bands.

Stephen Payne That's all the fun, that you can adjust and complete a great workout. I envy you for the pull ups, but I probably aren't strong enough for those 🤣😂

I still do run in place instead of the double unders. Same intensity 🤔? Well done 👍
