Stephen Payne It is challenging. I still want to loose some weight. This program came out of the quiz πŸ€— The Dumbell program is my favorite so far. After this one I go for a second round with the Dumbells πŸ’ͺ. Easier for me because I am still struggling with the pushups and don't have a pull-up bar. I have to modify those excersises. But it is also good to challenge your body otherwise you don't progress 😜

Yes, but I am in the second month already 😊

I always foamrol in the warmup before my workout. Making sure U won't strain something during it. If I am stiff I will use it in an mobility or recovery. I love the feeling. If you use it regularly the pain will feel as a relieve.

Rob that's great. Yes enjoying the exercises also. Can't do the pull ups and chin ups, but doing alternative exercises for that. But the rest is great. Getting better on my pushups now πŸ’ͺ😜 have fun too

I am also doing the JRD Max. Really challenging and you will progress after the first four weeks. I am ready for month 2 πŸ€—

Can you make a topic about calculating your calorie deficit? And how you stay consistent with it? My meals are always different and my calorie burn is also changing day by day. I still get confused. My Garmin calculates from my BMR + active calories. My FitnessPal uses my calories from the JRD website + active calories. How can I make it easy for myself 🫣

CHI HUNG LO It's best to start with 5 minutes a day with a day rest in between. Do 20 sec with 30 sec rest. When you can do 10 minutes like this you go to 30 sec with 20 sec rest. If you gradually build up you have more comfort and will enjoy jumping. It took me half a year to go to days in a row. My calf's didn't like the jumping at first 😜

I understand you think you have to follow the workouts as shown, but everybody's level is different. Listen to your body and modify as needed and you will have a great time πŸ’ͺ

Try to massage the calf's with foamrolling and take rest days in between. Otherwise you can injure yourself. It's common to have sore calf's and shin's in the beginning. Take care.

It were an intense couple of weeks. I took the time to rest and recover. Did a strength workout last Friday and today I scheduled a Jumprope ladder from the Dumbell Program.
15, 30, 45, 60 sec of freestyle. O boy this was a awesome comeback to Jumprope. Hope to make a big jump in endurance and don't fall of the wagon again.

#dothething and you feel better in no time πŸ’ͺβœ…

Never believe you can't do an intense workout with ropeless Jumprope (Rob 😜)
