4 days in a row, I'm amazing myself. Did we do a Gauntlet in the Dumbell Program, because this one was insane. I can't remember it.

I used a resistance band for a modification of the chin-ups. Don't have a pull up bar or one close. I googled and there is one in the city. Maybe I can try it out when I am stronger in the future ๐Ÿ’ช

New Program started. Wanted to do the JRD Max last year, but the Power Plyo came. Than the Dumbell Program came๐Ÿ˜œ Now I've done the first workout. Ready for tomorrow, my arms are burning ๐Ÿ’ช

Yes. All new moves you will feel in the beginning. A good warm up and ankle rotations can help. Also some foamrolling before helps. And be careful not to overdue it.
