Dan Witmer That's awesome. I have already noticed the hard work you put in last year. Also that it is a lot of work so far. Unfortunately a day has only 24 hours, wishing you had more time to spend. It's easy from this side, but I love what your doing so far. Keep up the great work.

That's bad, hope it doesn't hurt to much and heals well. Get well soon

Do it slowly and try to strengthen your knees first. So no more than 5 minutes at the other day and just 20 sec/ 30 sec rest. If you feel ok, you slowly can I crease.

I was also havy on the feet. Take your time. There is no need to do al different steps. In the 1 minute intervals I always go from run in place, regular bounce and boxer skip.

Doing the Power Plyo can help you to get more agile and lighter on the feet. Your doing great πŸ‘

Sorry, I only can recommend the Crossrope Ropes. The cheaper ones I have tried are to light. It's an investment, but worth the money.

I am exhausted 😜
😲 Pushups are not my best friend. Jumping was easy, but those pushups were though. I could do only 2 from the knees. I manage to do them the right way now. The hardest part is the push up again. When I am tired I feel my but has some issues with gravety. What can I do to improve my core stability. I squeeze my glutes and abs, but when I go up they kind of loose the squeeze. So down goes better than up πŸ€”
See how much I have improved after this monthπŸ’ͺ
