That's also a great idea to do a challenge week where you learn a new skill and focus on that. I am trying to learn myself the pushups ands still after a year I can't do them. A year ago there was an idea of challenges and I had a brainwave then. Maybe you can look back to that post and see what was mentioned there. A little more deep dive in the nutrition plan would also be nice. Creating the habit of clean eating for instance.

I agree with Lindsay. I prefer the workouts above the 1:1 coaching. I think your idea of an moderator/ coaching on the community for quick answers can be the trick.

I agree, the following along are best. There is a lot said which push you forward and also to increase the intensity. Otherwise you are just jumping on some music. I didn't realise with the Plyo first time, but now I have seen the difference with the Dumbell Program.

A lot is already mentioned. I think you can organize live sessions with youTube livestream and keep them hidden. For those who can't attend, can see the stream at a later moment. So that isn't a big problem I think. The same you can do with a Q&A or a specific topic. I think you should build a program for the majority and a weight loss Programm can be great. But to be successful begins with the members and their commitment. If I was you I would try to make it like building blocks. See what you've got already and than add extra content.

You also need resting times so you can finish a program 🤣 For me personally it would be nice to have some personal feedback if you get stuck. With little tweaks you can go further. Some kind of coaching would be nice than. 1:1 sessions on request.

Always hard to start after a break, but you did it 💪

Week 2 started 💪
It's warm without any breeze. Luckily I had lot of resting times in this workout. Tried to do the pushup from a bench, instead of the knees. It is better to make progress. I managed to do 5, but couldn't come down completely. Have to work on that first.
So 1:2:1 done JRD Max ✅

Which Program are you following right now? Gives me an idea of what to choose later on. It's really motivating to see your videos.
