I do it for half a year now and it gives me so much rest. Not to have to cook after a day of work. The only thing is the variety. Some new ideas are welcome 😁

No I don't have that. I watch on a tablet with Wi-Fi. I do have optical fiber, but it works fine.

Try to skip sugar first. Your body is used to it. It takes some time to get of. You will feel bad and your workouts are less satisfying. I also tried it and I felt horrible and almost fainted during a bike ride.
