I use a tablet, but don't look to the screen. I read in before I start the workout. I use a headset for the sound. With Dan in your head you don't need to watch 😂🤣 Than a phone works also 😉

I feel it a little bit after doing lunges. This means that the mustles from the knee aren't strong enough jet. Don't overdue it in the beginning. I didn't do the jumping lunges, because that can also be hard for the knees. Take your time to strengthen before you go all out 👍

Jocelyn Ulevicus I understand. I also follow Cori from redefining strength on YouTube and Spotify. She's always saying: "what might have worked in the past, may not been working now. Your body is changing, so you have to readjust to get forward again." It's a common struggle and frustration. The puzzle isn't that difficult, but you have to find the right pieces for yours. 🤞😘

Early morning walk done on my recovery day. Tomorrow starts the JRD Max program.
Lost almost 3 pounds (1,3 Kg) last week's. Not much but I had to adjust my nutrition to get on track again. Hoping for gaining mustle and losing inches upcoming months 💪

HITT can be a stressor for the body. And stress isn't good if you want to loose weight. It can be a combination of things. I also heard that when your cortisol levels are to high you can't recover enough in the night. I'm also thinking that the 5 day workouts are to intensive for women going into pre menopause. At the moment I am feeling ok after the challenge. I also walk daily now around 6K. Still figuring out what's best for my body and also curious what the JRD Max will do for me. The Dumbell Program was great. I could do 5 days in a row and gained a lot of mustle and strength. Didn't loose weight, but lost a lot of inches. Can't give you better advice than look for your hotspot. Menopause sucks 🥴
