Looking great Dan with the haircut πŸ˜‰

I go for JRD Max. Going to use resistance bands for alternative Pull ups and Chin ups. See how that's going. Start on Wednesday.

Monica sorry I couldn't give you one answer πŸ˜‚ There can be so many reasons. Also stress can be an issue. Less sleep won't help either. For women it's not one thing. Man build easier mustle so their weight loss goes much faster.

Good job πŸ’ͺ😜

Your also creating mustle with the Dumbell workouts. Good idea is to take measurements, to see if you did loose in cm. See how your carb intake is. It can also be that you are retaining water. Or last option is that you not in a caloric deficit anymore. If you loose weight you need less calories.

You can do all the programs but keep in mind that you just started. The common mistake is to do things your not ready for with injuries or fatigue that follows. Like Ganelle Elliott is saying. Do it in your own pace. Take rest days in between and don't think you can do 5 days in a row straight away. It can be tempting but trust me, go easy on that. If you feel comfortable, you can expand your jumpskills. The Power Plyo is a good start to get more flexible and light feeted in jumping rope. Skipp all the jumping lunches, jump squats, dubbele unders for now. Do regular bounce, air squat and lunches instead. Skipp also the days with the one minute intervals. If you are not advanced in working out, these are though.

With the 90 day programms you have more time to get your body getting used to jumping and working out. But take time to recover between the workouts. There is absolutely no need to do the 5 days in a row. After 6 months I was able to do 5 days in a row. I only had three jumpskills: regular bounce, boxer skipp and run in place. Now I have added feed X's, fast skipp and scissors to the list. I have my 1 year anniversary soon.

So take your time and you will be all right πŸ‘
