Did more workouts from the Plyo than last year. So proud of myself. Looking forward now to the JRD Max. I can beat that one too. I am sure of it πŸ˜‰

W4D3 done βœ…
I had breakfast this morning and my workout was much better. I used to do it straight in the morning, but I have better results later in the morning. I also feel much better. Think πŸ€” I'm going to switch and see how it's going.
Have a nice weekend. Two workouts to go πŸ’ͺ
Some of you already finished πŸ‘ awesome job πŸ‘

Ester you're right that was my feeling to. I have more energy after a jumprope session and they don't bore me πŸ˜ƒ Happy you're back again.

Ester I'm still on the beginning of my fitness journey. From being a couch potato to a fitness queen I have still a long way to go. For me the jumprope workouts improved my overall health. I feel more fit and flexible. I think it is a mix of doing weight training with high intensity sessions. That's why the JRD workouts are so nice. They're short and intens. For me they work, but always listening to my body and recovery. I'm going for the JRD Max now hoping to gain more mustle πŸ’ͺ

Diana everybody is different, but the majority is here to lose the weight and get fit again. Mostly newbies are going to strong in and that's a shame. I wanted to inspire them to not overdue it and staying consistent. It's not that I'm not for weight training. I wish I come at that point your sister's at πŸ’ͺ I still need to grow more mustle, before I can say I am 😜
