Dan Witmer I'm not an expert. I can only speak from my own experience. We certainly can speak about the concept and what your thinking about. You can send me an email. Tiffany knows the address πŸ€—

Douglas Stewart thank you, so happy to be here to. The workouts are hard, but you have to give yourself the time to get it. So modify when needed and don't overestimate yourself.

This is what happens
I am almost a member for 1 year now and have seen people come and go. It also happened with the challenge. Full enthousiasme you start and than life gets to you or you got injured and you bail out. I have in the beginning, but made a mayor mindshift. It's not about doing exactly what Dan is showing you. It's making it your own and gradually grow into it. It took me some time to realize that. From that moment everything changed. Because I stayed to it. Being consistent and doing the thing.
In January I did the full Dumbell Program and was surprised what this three months program did for me. Unfortunately I thought I should do more weight training with low intensity to improve. So I stopped jumping rope for three months. Now I am full back to it again and this is what happened:
My endurance and VO2max improved so much. I feel more flexible and have better sleep. I added walking to the daily activities and that also helps a lot.
Hope it's going to help you as well and keeps you to jumping rope πŸ’ͺβœ…

Dan Witmer That's a great mindshift I need to tackle for myself. I sit a lot during the day. My hobbies are also very passive. When I am tired I become lazy. Forse myself for 12.000 steps a day now. Thanks for the reminder to stay active during the day.

Diana I have done that one. You will love it. It is less intense, but you will grow in mustle and stamina. I keep it for the end of year, because my work will be busy in that period.

A lot of words for a simple thank you ❀️‍πŸ”₯ Life is hard and you have to find a way to make it easy for yourself. It's good you push yourself, but give yourself a break from time to time. Count to ten and it will be okay. Keep the Jumprope spinning, your doing great πŸ‘
