πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ depends if you are in for a challenge. You can choose or do it later for yourself. I don't think you should do both 😜

Did a fantastic walk at the Fairy Pools on the Isle of Skye. Rocky but not that far this time. A good warmup for the start of the day. Tomorrow we're headed to civilization again and more resting days planned. Just one week left πŸ₯΄ before the daily routine starts again. Have a nice weekend and #Dothething.

What's with all these mountains in Scotland πŸ˜‚πŸ€£? No flat walks here. Today we visited The Old Man of Store. Also with a lot of stairs and inclines to +400 meters.
But we did it again πŸ’ͺ
This is the cabin on The Isle of Skye with a great hot tub. This was extremely needed after the strenuous walk 😜

I also do my own warm-up. Mine also includes activation and stretching. Otherwise I will injure myself.

Climbing Ben Nevis. The largest mountain in the UK. Wow it was challenging and hard, but we came almost to the top. There was a lot of snow and the path was very slippery. Didn't reach the summit, just 1 Km short πŸ₯΄
But it was worth every step up. The hardest part was going down again. With the big bolder steps and lose gravel. My legs are tired, but further no issues. Even my knees did manage to do the job.
Looking forward to start a new program after the holiday. Because everything is going better and feeling better πŸ’ͺ
