Hello all,
I had my first intensive hike today. We walked about 6 hours, with two small breaks, and almost 15 Km. But the climb was more than 700 meters. I am so proud of myself. The way up I was wondering how I would get down again 🥴 Most of these climbs I was hazitating where to put my feet. But now I walked down like a goat 😜 So funny how your mind works. I am very tired but this one is in the pocket. Unfortunately it was windy and raining on some points so we didn't reach the top. But it was a good warm up for Ben Nevis next Sunday 💪
Greetings from a sunny but colder Scotland.

Ready for my vacation. I'm feeling great. Didn't pack my jumprope, but am going to do a lot of hiking instead. Planning to climb Ben Nevis next week. Greetings to you all and #dothething 😉

The scale is not telling you everything. You should try to make measurements instead. For mustle building you measure your arms pumped and see if it grows. If you want to gain mustle you're diet is important. If you eat more carbs you will get mustlepain and stiffness. Proteins are important, because you need the aminos from that. You can also supplement with BCAA's. When I started to use this my mustle pain was soon over. Eat a little bit more than you should and you will grow mustles and not fat. If you eat to much it will also be fat. You have to tweak to see what works for you. You also need carbs to get you through the workout.

The Plyo program is also a great one. Great for your agility 💪

Great suggestion. With one additional comment. Also thinking of different level's, so you can grow in the Program. Jumprope as a warm-up and then a weight workout 💪

I started with restdays in between, before I did them 5 days in a row. Also didn't start on Monday, like Joe said. Make it your own personal journey and go from there.
