That's awesome! Sucks to hear about your calf, but great to hear you're back at it again. Take it easy tho! I haven't been jumping for almost 2 weeks because of my shins, it hurts really bad. So I'm waiting for it to fully heal πŸ₯²

Really sorry to hear that. Honestly, take all the time you need and don't go too hard on yourself. A few months ago I found out that my mom has terminal cancer as well, so it's really difficult to find a good balance when life hits you with something tragic like this. Praying for you πŸ™πŸ½

I don't know how but I injured my wrist, and it kinda hurts when I jump rope but I've had 2 restdays already and really wanna continue with the program. So I'm gonna do some sweet stretches and hope the pain will be minimal πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ🏽

Very well done! I remember almost dying the first few days, but a month later I can definitely manage! Soreness will always be a thing for me, I gotta remind myself to stretch more oftenΒ πŸ˜… Proud of you for pushing through, keep it up! This workout was perfect!! The 20 second intervals are just right, I didn't feel too tired after each exercise compared to the 60 second intervals. It was challenging and sweaty enough, but also rewarding! I personally felt like I could push myself right to the edge without exhausting myself for the next exercise. I couldn't get through the whole video of Day 1 yesterday which I felt pretty badΒ  about, but today I finished the whole thing and I feel so good about it!Β πŸ˜€ Ready for Day 3!!!Β πŸ’ͺ
