I literally just finished Day 2 of the Plyo workout program! IT WAS SO GOOD!!! Was such a good sweat to be honest and I feel great and proud that I finished the whole thing without pausing the videoΒ πŸ˜‚ Thanks Dan!

Oops I accidentally replied to your comment, it was meant for the video haha! But I always read the description first, all of the exercises are in there so that I have an idea of what to expect. Or you could write it down somewhere on a paper and stick it to the wall?

Wow, this one kicked my butt! I could only do half of the whole video, kinda disappointed in myself but I remember Dan saying that I just gotta keep showing up everyday even if it's just for 15 minutes and give it my all. Which I did! So tomorrow I'll try to finish the whole workout for Day 2 😊

Carl Harrower Hi! The work outs are going fine, I'm doing them a lot shorter because of pain in my shins. And today I wanted to rest, but still did a short work out, which I probably shouldn't have done because I can feel the pain again 🀣 but I hope it will heal after some quality sleep. How about you?

Looking good! Yes, the weather here is very nice this week indeed :) Gonna start tomorrow too with the new program! Today gonna do a short 10 min jump rope workout.Β
