Very well done!! I think boxer skip is good for alternating the weight between your legs. If your legs get tired, you can give it a break by doing boxer skip (at least, that's how I experience it haha).

Carl Harrower I'm fairly new to tracking my calories and food, but I try to eat within my calorie range so I can achieve a calorie deficit. I eat normal food, I just mind the amount of food that I eat and I pretty much cut out snacks and sugar (there are days where I treat myself of course). But I do not follow any particular diet. Oh, and drinking lots of water! And trying to get quality sleep everyday.I'm still at the start of my journey, so I can't tell you epic progress stories (yet) but I do feel less bloated, more energetic and lost 2 kgs so far, within 2 weeks. So I just need to keep going I guess, haha. We will get there eventually!

I'm a new jumper as well, jumping for 2 weeks now 😂 but it's so much fun! And it's encouraging to see improvements after consistent jumping. You got this 💪🏽

Ah okay, I guess proper footwear is important. At the moment I'm wearing Feiyue martial art shoes, since they feel like you're "barefoot" but perhaps I need something with more support. Thanks for the tips and words of encouragement!
