23 Minutes straight jumping with no mess ups - a personal record! Goal is 30 mins straight by 2024! I have been awol lately - just busy - but still have been jumping. Hopefully everyone is well and looking forward to everyone gearing up for what is going to our best year yet! Merry Christmas, Happu Hanukkah and Blessings to all celebrating their holidays this month! I am back baby!

Got my weekend started off right. I’m about 4 workouts in to the Cross Rope and i love it!! Definitely levels up the workouts. I strongly recommend

Get lean set just came in today - 1/4 Lb and 1/2 Lb rope. Up until now I have been jumping with regular pvc ropes (basically a speed rope) and a cloth rope that is heavier than a speed rope but well below the 1 lb that I thought it was.

So far so good on the cross ropes - both ropes are definitely heavier and get me tired quicker. Seem to be great quality and they don’t tangle (this was my biggest annoyance with the old speed rope.)

I will keep you updated - let’s see how I do mu next shredded ninja circuit with the 1/4 tomm

Haven’t jumped for 4 days straight due to travel - a very tiring travel itinerary coupled with alcohol and poor nutrition had me procrastinating and fearing this workout. I finished Week 3 of Shredded Ninja today and came back strong - I need better discipline when on the road though!!

All- I think it is time to upgrade from 2 basic ropes that I currently have (regular rope and 1 lb cloth rope.)

For anyone who has the cross rope - would you recommend? What would you get and why? Is the AMP worth it?

Enjoying this beautiful Michigan weather and trying to blaze through these shredded ninja workouts. Am doing very well with the exception of keeping up with the push ups - my push up endurance is low right now. Looking forward to more improvement

Starting to get in my groove…. Couldn’t sleep last night because I was worked up about a dispute I am having…. Woke up this morning ready to get to work and handle it. The stress was high. Decided to “Do The Thing” before getting ready and I am sure glad I did! Stress is gone and I am ready to tackle the day.

I feel that this helps the mind just as much as it does the body.

I am pretty good at jump roping and getting to be somewhat advanced - just graduated to the app. Want to get on a hardcore routine/regiment. Can anyone recommend one here?
