Nice. Gotta try that. My body has caught up to vigorous jump roping but I still feel achy once every few days and take a break. I might try this even though yoga really isn’t my thing

Change is very difficult for me when it comes to working out as well - this usually happens when I travel for work or pleasure. It completely throws me off my game.

Great job. I remember when I started I could barely go for 20 seconds without getting tired or messing up - now I feel very advanced. Stay on it you will love this

Great job!!!! I had A LOT of trouble with aches and pains for the first month or two of jump roping…. To the point where I considered that it wasn’t for me. I stayed with it and now, same as you, the aches and pains are generally much less and overall gone.
