Ya it takes all cogs to make a gear turn...plus altos have the hardest parts as you sing on the 2nd or third of the non-harmonic tones of each passing chord. My mom sang alto...we Baritones are just tenors with more bass lol. Keep us posted on your concert...I majored in organ at university but have not kept it since starting a different career and fathering a family...

1. Stamina and better muscle tone were my incentives.

2. Encouragement: never thought I could manage to finish the program but I did it and am repeating it.

Fellow singer here(baritone)...try not to make this a chore...it is your art. I used to get burned out too but it helped to recall why...fitness as the Great Dan the Man said should simply enliven you, buttress you, so you can actualize your goals. I have to remind myself that I exercise to be a better human primarily. Try to get plenty of rest and start fresh tomorrow. Good luck on your performance...wish I could be there.

I love Sunrise Mass. It reminds me of Gorecki's Symphony of Sorrowful Songs.

Tiptoe through the tulips...definitely on my bucket list to see the Netherlands...I live in Indonesia so Dutch influence is still felt here...there is even a bakery chain called Holland Bakery. They each have a windmill...

Yes, that workout is a bear. I usually need a rest day before that one.

Kari Hayward Thank you,Kari.

Thanks,Kari! I find the DB program to be the ideal program as it balances cardio with weight training. So stamina and form are addressed. I love food so I am slower in getting external results. COmpared to January, I am in much better shape.
