TJ Hi TJ, my long-term goal is to have a well-functioning, attractive body, that can push through life without wavering. I want to be able to make it through each work day, leaving a mark of duty executed without strain/stress; I want to be able to wake up at 2:15am to a call saying my son or dad is hospitalized and face it with undaunted stamina and courage;lastly I want my wife to look forward to bedtime. Lol.

2 days left to the finish line and then round 2 of the entire program. Fasting from 12am-3pm this week and I am definitely feeling the difference.

Before-and-after picture: still 4 more days left to go but I thought I would post it,anyway. Not a very radical change, but I think that after using heavier weights and repeating the program I will have more "obvious" results. Either way, I am more fit than I was 3 months ago. Hope you find inspiration here. Thanks,JRD Community.

M3w4 begins: jumped from 5kg to 10kg weights.
My shoulder feels like it's been caned but I can sense the progress. It is hard believe I made it to this point. I imagine most of us on this journey have felt the pangs of despair and discouragement, but thanks to this community- and Dan's bilocation powers(he always seems to be "here" lol)- I pushed through...after this I plan to keep repeating this workout but with more weight.
Soon, I will be able to audition as Iggy Pop, if they ever produce a bio pic on him. Lol...
