Actually, given there's the weights programme already available, how about a jump rope & basic martial arts based one. Jumping rope, punching & kicking. I'm a passionate one for martial arts. Just a thought, could be fun?!!

I reckon the next challenge should be jump rope & weights, maybe Kettlebell? Have a great weekend all
