Power PLYO. W2D2 done. In addition to JR&D M3W4D4 total cardio ladder to get to 4500 jumps today.

Does anyone know how to get the JR&D workouts OFF the page to add workout to calendar.? Would like to just see program currently doing. Not all programs??

W1D3 POWER PLYO jump DONE 2,500 skips in workout finished another 2,500 on my own for a 5,000 Sunday!

Jump Romp & Dumbell 90 day completed yesterday. 30/60/90 day pic. Endurance better for sure. Good Program!

Oh Yeah. M3W4D4 done. Tomorrow is the day to end 90 day Jump Rope and Dumbbell workouts.
Today started with 1,000 skips warmup. Then did M3D4 Cardio killer using the 1/2 lb rope! 10 sets of 20, 30, 45 & 60 seconds. Brutal with the extra weight on rope. Workout ended up 3,500 skips so 4,500 total with 1/2 lb rope.
Try it. Just another way to change it up

M3W4D1. Completed. 4 more days and JR&D 90 day workout COMPLETED.
I downloaded the YoaYoa jump rope counter app. You get 1 free day trial and seems to work so signed up for 7 day free trial.
Using my Apple Watch and IPhone the app works great. When you start app on watch to count wrist turns the iPhone screen starts so you can watch you count/tume/heart rate.
Of course it syncs with Apple Health. Put on some music in earbuds and get to it.
I started last week doing 1,000 skips before starting JR&D workout, continue using the app to count skips in workout and then after workout skip until I hit 4,000. Really ads to the JE&D workout.
