Success- Double unders for sure. In one of the workouts I did a total of 400 double unders (sets of 40 at a time) 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Struggle — getting my routine back of jumping at 4:50 am down after being on holiday break for a couple weeks!

Thank you! My record is 100 in a row. Took me like a minute. I can do 50 in 30 seconds but didn’t know if I could keep up that pace with all the sets today. I’m happy with my accomplishments today !

Starting it this morning!!! Been consistently jumping for so long now my goal with all the challenges and/or programs is simply to stay fit and consistent. One thing I can improve right now is getting back to my regular eating habits. The holidays brought on a little eating things that I do not usually eat, but overall I haven’t splurged too much! Back to my regular scheduled program, week 1 day 1 for the challenge starts today!

Oh yes… I have already done it two times through (6 months total) just haven’t done it for the last few months… so getting back after it!! I did the power cal workout and some other 4 week programs the last few months but now want to get back to the dumbbells!!

Hope you are feeling better. Unfortunately I’m still under the weather - hoping to pick back up with beginning of week 3 tomorrow. We will see. Loving the new workouts so hope to get back to them soon
