Jump Rope/ Dumbbell Month 2 is no more! I survived the holidays with all of their delicious temptations. I definitely enjoyed myself, but for once, with moderation. I felt really good strength gains this month and set (3) goals for myself.
*10 sets of 10 push-ups in 20 mins
*15lb weights for all exercises by EOM
*Mountain bike x1 per week.
I’m stoked to say I accomplished all of these and was even dipping into 17.5lb weights in the last week.
It’s the last month of the current program and I’m excited because it looks like it finishes with a bang! It’s freezing here and the days are getting darker and darker but I’m gong to turn those seasonal blues into lots of skips. Soon it will be skies out thighs out! Let’s get some!!!

Who dis? New whip! Jump the rope, prioritize the protein, get the sleeps, but will AMP handles help me get in better shape? Probably not😂But did I still want them, absolutely!

If you have the crossrope app open in the background, will it still track skips if your using another app like JRD? Just checking before I go all in and keep um.

Late to the party in this thread. Just got the amp handles! How do you all blend them with using the JRD App? Would you have them track your skips in the crossrope app then open the JRD app to follow a workout? Hope this makes sense.

JR/DB Month 2-WEEK 1 for the win! I’ve now been in a slight calorie deficit for five weeks while prioritizing protein and overall good food. Keeping it at 70/30 to keep sane, But so far I’m feeling really psyched about my results. Thank you to the community for the likes and motivational comments. You’re all looking pretty great yourself. Let’s come out of winter ripped up!
