Nice collection of ropes! And handels 😀

Btw I joined end of last year, 55 years old female, Dutch. Goals is to get more lean and mean, get a regular routine of jumping almost every day around 30 minutes or so. This Will complement my other sports activities (padel, jumping on rebounder, indoor rowing and ecliptical). Cant want to see what progress I can make to turn a bit of fat and get a more toned body. Luckily don’t have to loose weight, okay maybe a pound or 2 but that it.

Just started the dumbbell programme today. I am more or less at my targeted weight, now just want to get more lean and mean haha. I started of the year with week 1 and 2 of the January challenge, but had to skip week 3 and 4 unfortunately (sick and dental rework). But as of today pickled it up where I left.

What programs are you Guys starting this month?

Started today! W1D1 done… last interval used the WOD jumprope black one, what a different rope. Wanted to try it, as this one is shorter in size than my other ropes . Like it! Lets see how I feel after 3 months!

Starting today, looks great!

Unfortunately wasnt able to join week 3 (sick) and week 4 (dentist rework), but Will move towards the dumbbell 3 month program starting today. Good work everyone that managed to complete the januari challenge!

i just recently started with the sauna blanket, so maybe a bit early to tell. But I do feel great and my overall stiffness (especially lower back) has improved a lot. I guess the movement of jumping (ropes and rebounder) and the sauna blanket are all helping. I will share my experience after a couple of months! I intend to start with the dumbbell program after the January challenge!

oh and after workout, sauna session , I take a cold shower too! That just feels amazing
