Half way ! Great workout, did grab Some dumbbels of 7lb with the lounges instead of the jumping lunges . Next 2 days I Will do Some gentle exercises on my rebounder to recover, as well as plan my sessions in the infrared sauna blanket!

Like this workout! Love the jumping with strengt exercises. Cannot do the pull ups yet, but slipped in some crunches and bridge crunches instead. So far have not missed a workout πͺπ»
