Like this workout! Love the jumping with strengt exercises. Cannot do the pull ups yet, but slipped in some crunches and bridge crunches instead. So far have not missed a workout πŸ’ͺ🏻

Half way ! Great workout, did grab Some dumbbels of 7lb with the lounges instead of the jumping lunges . Next 2 days I Will do Some gentle exercises on my rebounder to recover, as well as plan my sessions in the infrared sauna blanket!

Oh boy, this was a terrible day for me…. Tripping all the time, hurting my arms and hands (all brused now), probably because I was tired before I started the work out. Finally made it to the end! Will take good nights rest, and Will be back tomorrow ✌🏻

That hurt ! But feel great. Again did Some warm up on my rebounder first, really nice and soft on your joints.

Start of this program was Jan 1, today is Day 7 of week 1. I only see 5 workouts posted hence my question. Maken sense tonnage Some rest days to recover throughout. But @jumpropedudes , maybe something you can confirm?

Does every week have 2 rest days? I see D1-D5 but dont see D6, D7?

Hi I sneaked in some boxer jumps instead of double unders. Dont master that yet, on my to do list 2025. Feeling great, already lost 2 pounds by not snacking. As it is my B-day today I won’t be counting intake tonight πŸ₯³.

Also unpacked my rebounder and use it for my warm up. I can recommend this to all, also rebounding gives you other health effects and can be realized in just minutes a day!
