Week 2 of the dumbbell program is progressing, feeling good. And this is the equipment I am using. I am switching between 1/4 rope and 5 oz WOD rope. Last one gives a complete other experience. Also using Ybells. For now doing my excersises with 7lb ones, but the 9lbs are waiting when ready for it. Let’s goooo!

Hey guys, how do you combine different sports activities with JRD follow along jump programs ? Currently following the dumbbell program, but kinda looking how to plan my rest days. I do play Padel 2-3 a week for 1-1,5 hrs , using my rebounder as well and would love to start my indoor rowing concept 2 / ecleptical.

I don’t want to overdue it and face injuries. Just curious to know you guys manage. Please share!

So w1D2 dumbbell program done. Last set I switched to WOD 5oz rope, and really liked it. Different rope, and gives just another feeling. Kinda like another extra push Willie jumping.

Anyone familiar with the speed performance ropes? Do you like them?

For now I focus on ropes <1lbs. After the dumbbell program might give it a go on my 1,5 and 2lbs ropes.

But once in a while it is nice to have a guilty pleasure haha, as long as it not every day and every week, right? But totally agree, full of sugars that your body doesn’t need.
