I have seen people using the ropeless in combination with the SpinJumper, looks fun and great for the coordination. What do you think about the locking mechanism of the SpinJumper?

Many thanks Stephen for the heads up! Lucky for me I am not new to jumping, hence the dumbbell program should be fine for me. I have had a crossrope membership for 2 years, recently didn't renew, and choose this membership one for 2025 instead 😁. Not a daily jumper yet, but I will try my best for 2025 to be one!

Dialyse mission completed, ā€œjustā€ used 3.2kg ybells…. But boy nice workout! Feel energized but tired.

unfortunately yes you need the paid app, otherwise your AMP will be useless. I like my AMPs but switched to the JRD app now, so I won’t be using them. Instead I will be using all my other Crossrope handles again….as I decided not to renew my crossrope membership for now.Ā

Did my first JRD workout! Great o use some dumbbells too. I started with a pair of 3.2 kg Ybell Arcs…. Seems like the sweetpot for me to start with. Not too heavy, but not too light. Curious to see when I can start with the next pair of weights, being 4.5 kg.

Just a general remark, 5 days of work out and 2 days of rest? Always?

P.s. First 225 calories burnt….. Lets go!

Looks sweet! Love hearing from you what you think about the spinner. I have several crossrope sets, light to heavy, ropeless, and eying the spinner. Don’t hesitate to share your experience!

I use my AMPs with 1/4, 1/2, 1 lb ropes and don’t find them too thick (my hands are not that big). I guess if you really want to speed things up and use even thinner ropes (e.g. double understand) then I can see the slim crossrope handles kicking in

Keep up the good work, setting goals is what is important otherwise it fades away. My goal is to jump 10-30 minutes each day, along side my other sporting activities.

Hi everyone! Just joined the community, looking forward to your stories, support, tips and tricks. I have a history of sports (tennis, padel, golf, field hockey, indoor rowing and since a couple of years found the crossropes). Have had a crossrope supscription and love it, but didn’t renew just to give this one a go. Female , turning 55 soon.

I don’t really need to lose and weight, but would like to build up strength and endurance. And really like to do Some jumping each day, if it is just 10 minutes of half an hour. That Will be my goal for 2025. I decided to start with the jump + dumbbell workout grogram, so besides my crossropes I bought myself Some Nice Ybells. Actually I Will start today 😁!

Have fun everyone, cheers
