OKay, stupid question but I need help. I forgot my password from when I initially signed in, and have just been having the link sent to my email to log on, but now I want to change that original password to one I can keep and remember. How do I do that if I dont remember my original password?

Okay so after doing the 1st day of the 7-day challenge I got really sore for several days. I know I need to slowly get back in to this, so I did some walking on my treadmill and made sure to stretch and drink plenty of water. I have not jumped since then, so about a week ago, until today. And I repeated day 1 again, and it went much better this time. I also made sure to do the yoga recovery stretching after I finished my jumping, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was feeling really depleted after being so sore, and felt sorry for myself that I wasn't going to be able to do this again. But after today, I am feeling much better and understand it is a marathon not a sprint. Going to take a rest day tomorrow and just walk, but I am already ready for Day 2 on Monday!!!

Oh I am already enjoying myself, I just don't want to push too fast and cause an injury that keeps me from continuing. I am all about pushing myself, sometimes I have a bad habit of doing too much at first because I think I should be able to do more, and end up paying for it later. If I don't place some restraints on myself, I will way over do it.

Aletta Armee so I will be able to always access it, or will it go away?

So if I take a rest day tomorrow, meaning no jumping, then do I repeat Day 1 the next day or go on to Day 2? And will I still be able to access the workouts if it takes me longer than 7 days to get through it?

Well, I finally started Day 1 of the 7-day challenge this morning. It was tough honestly. I have been mainly walking on incline treadmill for a while. Very little upper body work for a while. So this morning was tough. Do you all recommend going on to Day 2 or should I repeat Day 1? I want to make sure I do this slowly to re-acclimate my body to jumping so that I don’t get overly sore or injured.
Sorry for the seemingly rediculous questions ( Apple Watch exercise algorithm, workout day 1 or go on). I am very new to this and want to do it right.

Hey JRD Nation!!! I am super excited to get back to my ropes. I got into jumping rope a couple of years back, but had a back injury and had to have surgery, and have been slowly building my body back from that and working out. I am excited to get going, and I will be starting it slow with the 7-day jump rope challenge. We will see how this week goes, and then I may head over to the 90 day program, as recommended by the quiz I took. Looking forward to jumping, following this community and making new jump rope friends.

Hey guys and gals!!! My name is Kim and I am new here. Looking to start my 7-day free trial tomorrow, and I have a quick question. I wear an Apple Watch and was wondering which activity algorithm you use when doing these workouts? I want to make sure I use the most accurate one, like jumping rope or HIT or mixed cardio, etc.
