Just reduce intensity.. you can do it 2 times o 3 times a week .. it if you moderate the intensity you might keep it up

Current goal is 70lbs , 3-6 months with 35-40 I can do it and keep it healthy.

Where you get that rope, ? With those pounds I have 1/4 , 1/2 , 3/4 , 1 pound and 2 but I don't know where to get the 1.25 one
