Ok So I finished the first week of Heavy rope..... that was hell.
The grip for the 2 lbs was torture, blister on my right thumb. Can't wait for the day where I can feel some progress. This isn't jumping, it's weight training 🫤.

              🎃Happy Halloween everyone! 🎃 M1D5 JRD MAX done. I could only manage sets of 5 pushups. But I reminded myself that I COULD do sets of 5! Give yourselves some grace today and just remember that you can’t lose as long as you don’t give up. Do something even if it’s just a walk #DTT 💪
*Also this is our first frost on Halloween in many years (34 degrees) lol
Been a VERY hectic week with work and life but working my way through week 4 of autumn annihilation! Have had REALLY long days so I had to do week 4 day 3 last night at 9 pm. I am more of a workout in the morning or early afternoon kind of person so 9pm was tough for me. Have to workout late again tonight! Will get week 4 day 4 done tonight and complete day 5 tomorrow just in the Knick of time! Don’t forget to DO THE THING even when you’re busy!
 
               
              Finished M1D2 of JRD MAX! Felt really good to work up that sweat!
M1D4 Max kicked my butt! I had to drag myself to my mat to get started today, but I’m so glad I did, because I feel soooo much better after getting my workout in! The single leg sets are a calf burner, and I struggle to get through them - specifically the left leg - but I pushed through! It’s almost Friday, and I’m pumped to wrap up week 2. Let’s get it dudes and dudettes! 🔥
 
                 
                 
               
              M1D3 of JRD MAX done! This was a great core and lower body workout, did my best to do dead hangs and some negative chin ups at the end. DTT
 
               
              Halloween workout done, the humidity is brutal 🥵🤩 have a great Halloween 🎃 at least for the ones that celebrate 🥳 and of course everyone else 🤩
 
               
              JRD MAX W1D3 bagged. No selfie because it was rainy and dreary and I wasn’t feeling photogenic this morning 😅 But I “1 minute ruled” it and got it done. Kari Hayward thanks for the motivation to smash it out!
