Decided to push myself today since it’s a stretching day and take advantage of the unseasonably cool weather here. A month back jumping rope and I can already manage a 45 min run again. Endurance boost baby!! DTT everyone 💪
*Edit- W4D2 stretching and pushups done this afternoon!
Eating right to stay fit is not difficult. The more you eat real food the more you crave real food. It’s simple.

              Week 4 Day 1 done!
So confession, I was pretty sure of what a "squat pyramid" was before starting this challenge. However, when watching the video, the description was just "squat" with a timer. So for the past three weeks I've been doing 8-12 reps every time. Until today when looking at the workout description in the app and I saw the ascending count 😅 I was like "I knew I was doing it wrong!"
Anyway feeling really good today and after this workout, excited to finish the challenge!
Roll call and a short video abt how I eat throughout the day most days. No matter if I’m home or traveling. I keep it light throughout the day.
One more to go! Tomorrow looks a little…challenging. I don’t really use the 1 pounder. Actually…I DON’T use it all. No better time to start I guess. Let’s embrace the suck!!
Almost forgot to post.
W4D3 finished
See you all tomorrow
Still doing the thing
