Another day, another jump rope workout! I loved this one today. M1D3 MAX with all the footwork sets was so fun! And I got a lot of dead hang practice through the 50 chin ups section. Feeling good! ☀️

Shoulders are on FIRE after M1D5 MAX! The push up ladder was intense. I couldn’t make it all the way up to 12, but found my bearings again on the way down the ladder around 7 pushups. Glad that’s over for today! I was feeling totally bagged out before my workout, and as tired as I am post workout, I’m feeling better than I did pre workout! Happy to have the weekend as my rest days this week. Happy Friday!
W4D5 💰I had such a blast with this challenge and look forward to starting JRD max on Monday! Finish strong everybody 💪
M1D2 MAX is done! Was really curious about my endurance skipping, and I’m happy to say I can skip through a whole minute! Felt like mixing up my last minute set with some freestyle while running the whole 60 seconds - with some risky, but successful criss crosses at the end! 🤩

Wow that last one was tough! I did manage to complete it in 69 minutes. I originally said that I’d just jump for 30 minutes. Then when it came time to workout, I said that I’ll jump the length of an album, 52 minutes . Then I said, ok I’ll do the hour, since I still have a few jumps to go. 60 minutes came and I was at 3600 jumps. I had finally found a rhythm for the 1lb rope. So decided to complete the 400 left. I’m glad I did!
Week 4 Day 3 done! Upper body day was no joke! I did a mixture of modified pull ups because I can not currently do A pull up 😅
