Well, only two more days left of the 3 month long heavy rope challenge. Completed month 3 week 4 day 3 tonight. Cant wait to finish up and start the autumn challenge next week!
Decided to move on to day 4 of AAC and do day three over the weekend. Great workout as always. Decided to practice the southpaw. I think I’m getting it! Well still need to practice the other side. I’m definitely getting better at sprinting. I love seeing improvements. Hope everyone is doing well.

Woohoo! Still breaking my numbers from last week with the 1 pounder! I made it to 1460/1600 1lb skips in M3D1 of the heavy rope program. Yay! Sweatin buckets and feeling great. Do the thing!!!
