Hey guys, need your help.

I’m almost finished with JR 90 (but probably won’t finish because of the new fall burnout😅)

I came up with a new ladder exercise (at least I think it’s new). If you have time, can you try it out and let me know what you think.

30 seconds rest between exercise

One minute between cycles

2-3 cycles. (Optional: Last 15 sec of each exercise is a sprint)

30 sec 1lbs

60 sec 1/2

90 sec 1/2

2 Min 1/4

90 sec 1/2

60 sec 1/2

30 sec 1lbs

Today was my second time around doing the jump rope + pushup ladder in the heavy rope program. Every time I start this one, and I get through the 1/4lb section, I think to myself that there’s absolutely no way I’m going to make it back down the ladder with the 1lb rope. I’m so pumped that I’ve surprised myself both times doing this workout, that I made it all the way down doing 100 skips in each 1lb set. This week I was only about 2 minutes behind Dan! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes! ⛅️

Another amazing recovery day today. One more day of Month 3 heavy rope workouts and I’m halfway through this month!

Month 3 week 3 day 5 complete ✅ one week of the HR CHALLENGE left! Have really loved the heavy ropes. I have had the heavy ropes for a long time but was always hesitant to incorporate them too much. The heavy rope challenge forced me to do so and I have loved it!! I can feel the ropes moving more quickly than they were at beginning of challenge and my strength has definitely improved. Ready to crush the last week!
