Month 3 week 1 day 5 of heavy rope challenge complete. That was a burner. Finished off the workout with an added 500 skips with the 1/4 pound for a little cool down. Also went for a 4 mile walk. Get those steps in everyone and do the thing
Starting up my final week of month 2 in the heavy rope program. Didnβt beat last weeks numbers, but still pushed hard! Made it to 900/1000 1lb skips, and 410/500 2lb skips. Happy to say I did finish all 100 pushups though! Ready for day 2!
Roll calllllll who did it today?? At the Crossrope HQ Hereβs me skipping with an infared app to see how much my body temp heats up while skipping haha
