Week 1 Day 1 JRD Max done 🥵 That was tough! I didn't get all the push ups done during that section so I finished them off in-between the pull ups. For the pull up section itself I hung for 15-20 seconds each round. I. Am. Beat. Lol

If you can workout for 30 min today. Do it. If only 10 min. Do it. If you can’t workout go on a walk. If you can’t walk eat some fruit and drink water instead of processed food. I don’t care what you do. JUST DO SOMETHING TODAY.

Week 3 Day 3 done. I'm beat! 🥵

What would you recommend for a next program? I feel like I need to work on my endurance and being quicker on my feet.

Week 3 day 4 done! Had to take a recovery day yesterday. Genius me decided to skip the recovery workout and do it over the weekend. That came back to bite me. With doing all the squats on Monday and all the pushups and more squats on Tuesday, my body felt trashed yesterday. But I feel great today and crushed today’s workout. I get to work from home (without pay) tomorrow, so I’ll be able to get in tomorrow’s workout in early! It’s the little things.
