M2D5 of the heavy rope program is done, which marks the half way point for month 2!

I also broke last weeks record for 1lb skips, from 885 to 935/1000 skips! Yay! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Just finished Day 2 week 7 of JRD90

5 squats 10 ab crunch and 30 jumps 1/2...

the hardest part was getting up after the crunches. ย hardest exercise, activated the core and the legs... and in my case the arms too (needed an extra push to help me get up)ย

Did the day 5 of month 1 heavy ropes for final time today. Tried at my own pace with all the set number of skips the same as Dan. If you follow Dan, you finish in between 47 and 48 minutes. I finished on my own in under 45 which felt good. I was so resistant to embracing these heavy ropes but it feels like such a full body pump and the gains are fast. I love it! ๐Ÿคœ๐Ÿค›๐Ÿ’ช
