Hi again! I took an extended break to visit family last week, and today I’m back at it! Decided to start up JRD Max, finishing M1D1 today. After completing the heavy rope program, I was thinking this would be easier than it was! I will say, I prefer jumping for time rather than number of skips, so I’m pretty excited about that for this program. I made it to 60 pushups, and decided to work on some dead hangs instead of pull ups - since I can’t even do one - and I’m curious to see how that will progress over the coming weeks. Happy to be back to jumping!

Anybody else tackling the JRD Max??
