Day 1 of week 3 ... 50 assisted pull / chin ups and 10* 10 push ups and of course the few minutes jumping rope 🥰🥰🥰 ...

I guess I can do this workout next week increase that means the jumping part 2* and than the other excercises.

Day 5 from the second week DONE ...

I did up to 8 push ups and than 8* 8 push ups and down to 0 ... It is hard and very fast done.

I already lost weight since I started the JRD MAX PROGRAM... there is a long way to go.

Now ... Let's FLEX a little 😂😂😂

I love it after I did it.

I hate it during I am doing it.

I guess I am an human beeing.
