I do every day 20-30 min jumping rope before the workout. And now, because of the JRD MAX CONTEST I do the JRD MAX Program too.

Today I did the chin ups assisted and each round 6 or 7. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

The workouts becoming now more natural. BUT I am still need courage to start. πŸ™„

The tripping happen now because later you will Not tripping and celebrate it. Your Body learn every time with the rope.
