Just did it ... I did 5 rounds 10 push ups each and 7 rounds 7 assistent pull ups. And the 15 min jumping before.

My arms did not like it, but I love it 🥰🥰🥰

The key is consistency that means if you do too much in the beginning you may stop before the program is complete. 🙄 Go slowly and be patient. 💪 Your body needs time and soon you will see the benefits. 👍 Important for losing weight ... stay in a healthy deficit.
